Stanford Equity Group (also referred to as the “the Company”) is a real estate investment company created to generate capital gains, passive income, and long-term equity appreciation for its owners and investors.  through the purchase and leverage of real estate investments. Based in Baltimore, Maryland Stanford Equity Group, LLC (SEG) will plan to purchase, rent and manage multi-family apartment units that attract a specific market segment.

In the short-term, the company will focus on the acquisition of multi-unit residential properties in the Mid-Atlantic region, with an initial focus on properties within a three hour driving distance. Longer-term, it is expected that the company will leverage its growing experience, expertise, and investor reach to investigate larger investment opportunities residing in other markets throughout the U.S.
